Hello everyone! Oh, who am I? Some of you might know me (or not), but my name is Mahitha and I’ll be guest posting on Poorwa’s amazing blog today!!! (You don’t have to check out my blog, I just put the link there just in case you wanna.) 😉
Sooo, as you can probably guess from the title, I’ll be writing a book review on one of my all-time favorite books, Valley of the Wolves written by Laura Gallego García.
Summary:-
Ever since Dana was a little girl, her best and only friend was Kai, someone only she could see. One day (when she’s 27), she meets the Maestro of a school of magic. He invites her to go learn sorcery under him there. She’s hesitant at first but goes along with him because the Maestro is also able to see Kai. The school (suspiciously), has only one other student. Dana must learn sorcery under her teacher, who is soon to be her greatest enemy.
Yes, I know, I know, I made it a bit too dramatic. I’m sorry! I just can’t help it! XD I would share my favorite quote from this amazing book, but I can’t find it anywhere and don’t currently own it. 😭 But either way, you still gotta read it. Pleaseeee. *puppy dog eyes*
What I Think About This Book That I’m Addicted to in a Strange Way:-
So, I think this book should be rated for ages 10 and up! There aren’t really any inappropriate scenes to worry about, but there is very minor violence. I don’t really feel affected by any type of violence, so it was okay for me when I was in 5th grade (as an 11-year-old). My star rating for this book is pretty obvious ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (five stars). This is a super good book that I would recommend to anyone who hasn’t read it. And if you have read it, then go read it again! I’m telling y’all, this is SUCH a good book! Although, now I’m wondering if I had a bad taste in books back in 5th grade…
This book is pretty deep in description and is very mysterious! The genres are fantasy, romance, young adult, and adventure/action. (I think there are more, but I can’t remember them right now…) It can be pretty slow in the beginning, but as you continue reading it, it’ll turn out to be one of the best books you’ve read in your life! I’m sure people who have read The False Prince would like this book very much!

Okay, so now that you’ve read my review, comment below and tell both Poorwa and me, Do you think you’ll give this book a shot? Have you read this book before? Do you know any other amazing books related to this one? Can’t wait to hear from y’all! Have a fantastic day!! 😊_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
