We all want a happy day right? So it’s very important to keep your mind happy for your happy day. In this post I’m gonna share my favorite ways to keep me energetic, to keep my mind cool, chill and happy. Drink a glass of water…

Simple… isn’t it? Just drink a glass of water. This is one of the best things to do when you are tired and want some cool vibe. Drink water or if you like juice, drink it as well as water, but in my case, I prefer water the most. It’ll be great to give you a refreshing feeling and also good for your health. People say that there is no taste of water but let me tell you a thing about me, I love to drink cold water and it seems tasty to me so I drink water a lot, whenever I sit to write my blog posts I usually put a bottle of cold water next to me and in an hour I found the bottle empty and yeah.. it keeps my mind cool and refreshing.
Listen to some music…

I don’t know how many times I’m gonna write that I love music in my blog posts but once again I’m saying that music is the best company for me. But this time I’m not only talking about songs, I’m also including the instrumental covers of your favorite songs. Especially, I love to listen to violin covers, they sound so refreshing and touching. And not only violin, every musical instrument has it’s own touching vibe, you should listen to. Don’t forget to check out this YouTube video below, it’s a beautiful and my all time favorite violin cover of BTS song ‘Black Swan’, and I’m sure you’ll love it.

Do yoga and meditation…

You’ll find this way in almost every blog post titled ‘how to stay positive, keep your mind cool & chill etc.’ But it’s alright because this is really very helpful and my own used way. Meditation is the best way to keep your mind healthy. Do yoga to keep your body healthy and fit. As I told you in one of my previous post that I do these things everyday and that’s why I’m in the list of most positive persons I’ve ever seen…………
Take out your family photos…

Do you like it? In this case, I don’t know much about you but in my family, watching old pictures is one of the best things to do when we want to time-pass or spend some family time. Usually when I’m tired, I just take out our family album or play a slide-show of pictures in my computer and play some cool music behind it, and I really like to do it, it helps me to be positive and keep my mind happy. It is so much fun for me and my family to sit together and watch old videos or pictures, and personally I think it makes our relationship stronger and motivate us to make more good memories.
Talk to your friends…

Do you have any friend, you haven’t talked for years? Actually I’m gonna do it today. It was 6-7 years ago, I was in 5th standard. There was a beautiful girl named Mitali, we were true best friends. I’ll tell you our full story someday but not now, because you know, it is very long, so some other day okay.
So it was reaching our class 5th final exams when Mitali’s father got transferred to another state and that was the last time I saw her. All these things went so fast that I didn’t even had time to take her contact number, but finally a few minutes ago, I got her contact number and finally we are going to talk to each other after so many years. It is going to be very emotional, so I have to be prepared.
So yeah… try to find out your old friends contact numbers and if you already have, so what are you waiting for, call them when you want to find some fresh and good vibe. I’m going to do the same after this post and I know it’s going to be so much fun.
