this city’s so pretty when your lights on
we count the stars together every night
owning the perfect pairs in our sleep
tuning into the rhythm of life
oh, shall we dare to dream tonight?

another day, another goodbye
I become an astronaut in the starlight 
fighting our way against the oceans
when you found your horizon,
I was glad to have found you tonight
