Some dreams Too far from reach Still I treasure them each See a rollercoaster ride Waiting over there Is it for me? Maybe that's the way I go there excitedly At least that's what I pray Then why do I feel nervous and lonely? They tell me to stop But how could I? Now it goes up and up These feelings are strange Sweet turns into bitter Why didn't I know? Why didn't I listen? My tears float with it As it comes down now My smile was crying What I realize It brings you up With hopes and light Little did I know Only dark tears come down The ride is still there But nothing to see above My dreams were there Now they are no more -Poorwa
Sometimes we are so excited to reach our goals that we unknowingly take the wrong way which seems to be fun and short. As the rollercoaster goes up we start to regret our decision and realize that this way is going to bring us down with even double speed. But it doesn’t mean your dreams were wrong, yes the path was not right and there’s always a way which will lead you to your dreams, it may not be too fun and may be very long with struggles but you’ll find the beauty of it later. The people who try to stop us can be parents or our well-wishers who are not always wrong as we think. We think it’s the worst when they care too much about us but actually, the worst is when they don’t care at all.
