Hey everyone! First of all a very Happy Holika Dahan to all of you! For my non-Indian friends, let me tell you that tomorrow it’s HOLI!!! Holi, known as the ‘festival of colors’ is a grand annual festival celebrated in India. It is a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, forget and forgive, and repair broken relationships. Holi celebration starts on the night before Holi (which is today) with a Holika Dahan where people gather, perform religious rituals in front of the bonfire, and pray their internal evil to be destroyed the way Holika, the sister of the demon king Hiranyakashipu, was killed in the fire. The fire burning on the eve of Holi symbolizes the burning of Holika. For more info, you can click here!

But it’s not the topic of today’s post (there’s a very-very Holi special post coming tomorrow, something never seen on my blog, so don’t miss it tomorrow!), I really love Holi a lot and for the celebration, I wanted to do ‘A BLOG POST FOR YOU‘. I’ve done this post once and it was really fun to write a post on your ideas. So is there anything you want me to write about, feel free to leave a comment below! And until tomorrow’s special post, hoping for a good time forward let’s celebrate Holika Dahan to the fullest today. Even for my foreign friends, just set a small bonfire, burn all the evil thoughts which make you upset, and celebrate it with us! A very happy Holika Dahan to all of you! Don’t forget to leave a comment below for ‘A blog post for you’ and don’t forget to check out tomorrow’s post! A very happy Holi in advance!
