I had been working on customizing my site for a few days and I’m quite satisfied with the results. I almost changed or edited everything except the theme I use for my blog. I made some changes in the background and add some widgets in the sidebar I had always wanted to try.
I found it a bit hard to edit the homepage, well, it was my fault, I was literally trying every feature I see in my editor and because of it, my computer also started lagging. But it was really fun. I used different patterns, blocks and all, and it was interesting, indeed.
I edited my Contact and About Me page but I have yet to add some new images to the Gallery page, I’ll try to do it asap. And yes, I finally have a Disclaimer page for my blog, I had been working on it for a while and I’ve published it now. I heard a lot about how important it is for bloggers to have a disclaimer page for their blogs so I had to create one for mine too.

I’m taking a blogging break
I remember last time when I took a blogging break for one month in February 2021, I’m going on hiatus again. Lately, I’ve been talking about how hard online classes are and how much I miss my school on my blog, and now I don’t know why I’m having this strange feeling when my offline classes are going to start. Yes, I’ll be going to school regularly from the 2nd of August.
It’s not that I don’t have post ideas or I’m clumsy to write, I’m just feeling stressed. 12th grade is not very tough really but it gives too much pressure. In every class, teachers kinda warn us which I understand that they are doing it all for us to work harder but it’s now giving me a headache. Then there are studies, monthly assignments for every subject, projects and lots of homework.
I’m happy that I’ll be meeting my friends and getting rid of these online classes in a week but I’m scared of going to school. The first reason that I haven’t got vaccinated yet nor my friends or other students, we are still waiting for our turn to get vaccinated and here we are going to risk our safety.
So I’m taking this one-month blogging break to relax a bit if I can and I also want to enjoy some extra time outdoors even if we’ll be following social distancing in school. I was not feeling well for a week so I think getting some fresh air without thinking that I have to post something on blog, will going to help.
And don’t worry, I’ll post a monthly round-up of July on Friday so please look forward to it. After that, I’ll come back with more energy to blog, with some great posts and I hope you’ll like them. I’ve been thinking about changing my blog’s name for a while and I think I’ll come up with a good name in this blogging break.
