Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is the first re-recorded album by Taylor Swift. It was released through Republic Records on April 9, 2021. Fearless (Taylor’s Version) is the first of six re-recorded albums Swift is planning to release, in order to own master recordings of her older catalogue… (Wikipedia). Fearless (Taylor’s Version) consists all of the 19 tracks from her studio album Fearless released in 2008, her single soundtrack ‘Today Was A Fairytale’ released in 2010 and six additional ‘From The Vault’ tracks.

Taylor is such a great artist and no doubt, one of my favorite singers. I couldn’t review Folklore and Evermore but today I’m very much excited to review Fearless (Taylor’s Version) because I personally like her previous albums more than the new ones and this one consists some of my all-time favorite Taylor’s songs, so I had to do this review. So let’s dive into the post right now as this album has 26 tracks and I’m gonna review all of them!

Fearless – Taylor Swift

Taylor really knows how to make music, I mean… this song is just so beautiful. If you haven’t listened to it yet, you’re really missing out. My favorite part is the chorus no doubt, which says…

And I don’t know how it gets better than this
You take my hand and drag me head first
Fearless
And I don’t know why but with you I’d dance
In a storm in my best dress
Fearless

Fifteen – Taylor Swift

Is this song for me? I’m 15. It’s kind of a motivating song for making the listener realize that your life can be greater than you think and I love this theme.

Love Story – Taylor Swift

This one is probably my favorite from this album. Telling a story through the songs is really amazing and it was actually the very first Taylor’s song I listened to and watched the music video. The new lyric video is also lovely. In the Fearless (Taylor’s version), this song has a remix called Elvira Remix which is nice but I don’t prefer the remix version.

Hey Stephen – Taylor Swift

I didn’t know about this song, it was the first time today I listened to it and it’s quite good. I especially love this two lines…

Hey Stephen, I could give you 50 reasons why I should be the one you choose
All those other girls, well, they’re beautiful but would they write a song for you? (Ha ha)

White Horse – Taylor Swift

This song has been one of my favorite Taylor Swift’s songs ever but honestly, I like the old version more.

You Belong With Me – Taylor Swift

Well, who doesn’t like this song? It was the second song I listened to by Taylor Swift and I’m in love with it since that day. There’s no difference between the version which was released 11 years ago and the Taylor’s version which was released this month, except the music video. I just love it!

Breathe – Taylor Swift

Oh I’m listening to this song after such a long time. Lyrics are really touching and what to say… it’s a great song.

Tell Me Why – Taylor Swift

This one has loud beats and I listened to it for the first time (realizing there are many songs I have to listen to now). This one line was quite funny to me but I love it, which says…

You’re Not Sorry – Taylor Swift

The thing I like the most in this song is Taylor’s beautiful vocals. Lyrics are also so meaningful and written beautifully.

The Way I Loved You – Taylor Swift

Song is all about lyrics and feelings. My favorite part is the chorus, which says…

But I miss screaming and fighting and kissing in the rain
And it’s 2:00 a.m. and I’m cursing your name
So in love that you act insane
And that’s the way I loved you
Breakin’ down and coming undone
It’s a roller coaster kinda rush
And I never knew I could feel that much

Forever And Always – Taylor Swift

This song has two tracks in Taylor’s version, one is the new recording of the original one and the second one is a piano version. I don’t wanna say much but I think the piano version is better.

The Best Day – Taylor Swift

How can you not love her after listening to this song? I often play it while watching old pictures.

Change – Taylor Swift

I think this one is a little bit low than the others but it’s a motivational song so it’s nice.

Jump Then Fall – Taylor Swift

Oh I thought it’s a new song haha, didn’t know about it. Didn’t like it too much but it’s a lovely one.

Untouchable – Taylor Swift

It’s such a lovely song and I love is so much, especially the chorus which says…

Come In With The Rain – Taylor Swift

Not the kind of song I usually like because beats are too low for me but lyrics are as always nice.

Superstar – Taylor Swift

It’s a nice song but not the kind of I can listen on repeat so…

The Other Side Of The Door – Taylor Swift

This music really suits her I think. I listened to it for the first time today and it was pretty good.

Today Was A Fairytale – Taylor Swift

Title of this song is just so beautiful. Song is itself like a fairytale. My favorite part is the pre chorus which says…

Whenever you’re around

You All Over Me – Taylor Swift (feat. Maren Morris)

Realizes it’s the only song which has a featuring artist of this album. Lyrics are deep and emotional, so it’s recommended.

Mr. Perfectly Fine – Taylor Swift

Honestly, I didn’t like it much but maybe you’ll like it after you listen to it once.

We Were Happy – Taylor Swift

It’s a sad and deep song but I think it could be better. Bridge part is perfect though…

Oh, I hate those voices telling me I’m not in love anymore
But they don’t give me choices and that’s what these tears are for
‘Cause we were happy, we were happy

That’s When – Taylor Swift

Not my kind of song but there’s one featuring artist too but I couldn’t find his name anywhere or recognized his voice. Do you know who sang with Taylor in this song? I liked his voice.

Don’t You – Taylor Swift

Beats are nice and it really is a lovely song. My favorite lyrics are from the chorus, which says…

Bye Bye Baby – Taylor Swift

I’m in love with the beautiful lyrics of this song but I think chorus could be a little better I don’t know…

It’s such a great album and always makes me love country-pop music much more. Lyrics are beautiful as always we find in Taylor’s songs and I can’t wait for more of her new releases. I know it must be hard for her to re-record all of the six albums but we can’t underestimate her power alright. Taylor, you’re doing a great job!
