Time flies so fast! We are in the middle of 2021 now, 6 months have passed… can you really believe it?
Hey everyone! How was your month, hun? I really don’t know how this month came to an end so fast. It’s unbelievable for me that it’s already July. Where did the past six months go I don’t know. June was kinda full of works for me. Many things happened- both good and bad.
First great thing happened that I got to work with some great bloggers and it was an amazing experiences working with them. Pavithra’s and Poorvi’s guest posts were just so amazing and I had so much fun collaborating with Sep and Sneha. Thank you, girls!
- The Dark Side Of Being A Teenager – by Small Talks
- The Comfort Zone – by Poorvi Kumar
- Playlist Swap With Sep!
- The Sad Story Behind The Song “EIGHT” Pt 2 : Collab With Sneha
Then we also surpassed 600 WP followers and 750 email subscribers on my blog *claps*. I’m really thankful to all of you for showing this much support to me and my blog. For the celebration post, we did a question-answer round and I published my answers to all your questions in yesterday’s post, so don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t.
I also posted my Life Update a few days ago, you can read it here.
My blog stats for this month were really great. We got much more views and likes this month compared to how much we got in May. And look what happened…

The most interesting post for me I published this month was probably Answering Vogue’s 73 Questions. It was like a learning about myself kinda experience.
Another post I enjoyed writing a lot was 5 Things I Love The Most About Blogging.
I also did two album reviews in June. The first one was a review of Sour by Olivia Rodrigo and the second one was a review of Confetti by Little Mix.
Then I published something like a personal post, in which I really put all my anger I have for Toxic Fans And Haters. You have no idea how relieved I felt after publishing that post. Probably my favorite post by me I posted this month.
I finally published 5 Of My Biggest Pet Peeves post in the middle of this month. We bloggers usually hesitate to publish posts like this where we talk about things we don’t like or hate, just because we feel confused whether our readers will agree or not, they’ll like it or not. It was in my drafts for a long time and I’m glad that I published it and it’s been performing well.
Then how can I forget about BTS 8th anniversary. I’m still not over their muster performances, especially the super cool performances or Daechwita and Chicken Noodle Soup. I shared my all-time favorite songs of BTS and also my favorite lyrics by them.
While taking a look at the positive side of this lockdown, I shared my Small Joys with you and I felt so much better after publishing it.
This month I got interested in reading short horror stories on Pinterest and couldn’t help but share 7 of my favorites with you.
Then comes the sad part. I enjoyed not even a bit in the last week of June. It was really shocking when I got to know that Ananya has deleted her site. I’m still so sad about it. I missed (and still missing) my blogging friends who are on hiatus. WordPress really doesn’t feel the same.
My online classes also started and we suddenly got so much school work. I really don’t want to study 12th grade at home, I badly want my school life back.
Two of my friends got married this month and I couldn’t even meet them. And I don’t know when I’ll be able to. Not only me, but all of my friends are also feeling the same. This is the last year of our school life and we don’t know how it will be after we complete school.
I hate to realize that there are some things we can do nothing about. But that’s when I like to see the positive things. Life goes on no matter what. And it is our responsibility to focus on the good things.
The thing I enjoyed the most this June was learning Korean. I practiced writing better and also reading the phrases fast and make my pronunciation clearer. I practiced through writing song lyrics and it was really helpful and fun…

And as I expected from me, my love for music increased much more. I fell in love with Olivia Rodrigo’s songs and listened to Selena Gomez’s Revelación on repeat. In the middle of June, I was really addicted to BTS Born Singer. I also enjoyed listening to NCT, SuperM, and K-drama OSTs.
The song I enjoyed the most in June…
And now it’s the time to present the best performing post of June 2021 on Poorwa’s blog…
In total, I published 18 posts on Poorwa’s blog in June 2021.
Fine all of my June posts here!
I have many posts I can’t wait to share with you all in July. There will be collabs with other bloggers, guest posts, music posts, lifestyle posts, school life posts, and you can expect many more things. So stay tuned!
Overall, I think June was pretty good. I hope the pandemic situation gets better in July and things start to get back to normal, if they were ever.
Have a wonderful July ahead!
